PERSONALIZATION
Personalization is available on a selection of Tomète pieces, including certain napkins, cushions, pouches, and bags. The available options are indicated directly on the relevant product pages.
You can choose between your initials (maximum 3 characters) or your first name (maximum 10 characters), depending on the options offered for each item. For any specific customization requests, please contact us at hello@tometestore.com.
Each piece is embroidered by hand in Paris by expert embroiderers. We prioritize this artisanal craftsmanship so that each customization retains its full uniqueness.
Several thread colors are offered depending on the item. The available colors are shown directly in the customization option on the product page.

Personalized items are made specifically at your request and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect or an issue related to the personalization process.
The embroidery can be maintained by following the washing instructions indicated on the product page and on your item's label. We recommend following the care instructions to best preserve the linen and the embroidery.
As each customization is done by hand, very slight variations may exist from one piece to another. These are part of the artisanal nature of this craftsmanship and make each piece unique.
