Personalization is done by hand in Paris and requires an additional 5 to 14 days beyond our standard order processing time. If your personalization order is urgent, please contact us at hello@tometestore.com.
Personalized items are made specifically to your request and are therefore neither returned nor exchanged, except in the event of a defect or issue related to the customization process.
Embroidery can be maintained by following the washing instructions indicated on the product page and on your item's label. We recommend following the care instructions to best preserve both the linen and the embroidery.
As each customization is done by hand, very slight variations may exist from one piece to another. These are part of the artisanal nature of this craftsmanship and make each piece unique.
