Tomète: Can you introduce yourself in a few words?

VICTOIRE: My name is Victoire, and I've lived in Neuilly for about ten years. I'm an influencer, and I also manage influencer strategies for various brands.

How would you describe your interior design style?

Decorating is a real passion of mine. In my apartment, I've mixed styles: I really like antique furniture, some of which comes from my family, others have been refurbished, sometimes simply repainted white. The whole thing creates a very warm, quite timeless atmosphere.

Can you tell us about the city or neighborhood you live in? How does it influence your interior design?

I live in Neuilly, a city to which I am very attached because my family, and especially my grandmother, whom I adored, has always lived there. I love this place deeply.

As a keen athlete, I particularly appreciate the proximity of the Bois de Boulogne, where I run regularly. It's also a real bonus for my dog, Doug, who also enjoys these wide open spaces.

And then, being from Normandy, Neuilly is ideally located for me: it is very easy to reach Normandy from here, which is very important in my daily life.

How would you describe the atmosphere of your room in a few words?

In my bedroom, I focused on simplicity and softness. White is a color that deeply soothes me, so I naturally chose it as a common thread.

What is your favorite sleeping material and why?

At the moment, I've really fallen in love with the cotton percale bedding set from Tomète: it's absolutely comfortable, always fresh, even in summer.

A simple tip to give character to a room?

Above my bed, I hung two antique paintings: Josephine and Napoleon. I love their presence. They add a touch of history and a lot of character, while perfectly matching the soft, cozy atmosphere of the room.

What is your philosophy regarding the art of the table?

I'm lucky enough to have a large living room, perfect for entertaining. And that's great: I love hosting dinner parties and cooking for my friends and family.

I come from a large family, there are nine of us! So of course, I grew up in a house that was very busy, with people always around the table.

I believe it was my mother who passed on to me this taste for the art of entertaining, and this true love for decoration.

I love setting beautiful tables that complement the ambiance of my apartment. I play a lot with colors, materials, and details. And what I also love is personalizing each place setting with different napkin rings: it avoids confusion at the table and always makes a statement!

A memorable memory or something specific to share about a meal you organized or participated in?

One of my most memorable memories is, without a doubt, the Christmas season. Every year, we organize a large festive dinner for my whole family in Normandy.

My sisters and I have established a true tradition: creating sumptuous tables that are both warm and refined. We spend hours thinking about every detail—from the tableware to the floral arrangements and even the candles.

What kind of host are you? Team "I think about the menu and decor weeks in advance" or team "last minute"?

I always think about the menu and decorations well in advance. I hate doing everything at the last minute!

I like to plan every detail in advance, because my goal is always to offer a truly successful dinner. For inspiration, I often do my research on Pinterest, or on an Instagram account that I love, WawwLaTable , a real treasure trove of creative and elegant ideas.

What did you like about the Tomète universe or products?

I love the softness, poetry, and elegance of Tomète products. The brand's universe is very much like me, and I'm delighted to be able to showcase it through my home.

Which Tomète product did you choose for your home, and why?

In addition to the white scalloped set, I chose small scalloped cushions and really fell in love with the gold jewel napkin rings (special mention for the moon motif!).

I love gold, it always adds a chic and luminous touch to the table.

What place does household linen hold in your home?

Linens play a vital role in my home. For me, they're more than just a decorative detail: they set the tone for an ambiance, especially when I'm entertaining.

I attach as much importance to a beautiful linen tablecloth or carefully chosen napkins as to the menu itself.

It's a way of extending the spirit of large family tables, especially at Christmas, where each element is carefully considered.

When it comes to bed linen, I love to rediscover that same feeling of comfort and beauty. For me, sleeping well also means a beautifully made bed, made from beautiful materials—it's a way to extend, even into privacy, this search for harmony and softness that is so dear to my heart.
